Avieon’s SRR-1

Avieon's SRR-1 is a scalable video and image processing subsystem, consisting of up to 6 Video & Image Signal Processors. The scalable nature of the architecture makes it possible to add one or more cores to match the processing needs of any type of video or image processing application. The communication between cores is performed using shared memories without using expensive crossbar switches. The core works on the concept of 'dataflow' and SIMD + SIDO™. This architecture requires shorter / smaller instruction memory and fewer register ports, therefore, it consumes much less power as compared to other solutions.
